Cozy King-Lovely 1 Bedroom Suite

Jeff, is a funny, gracious and helpful host. His place is top notch, extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. He appears to have put some real thought into making your place fit for humans. He provided everything from China plates, real glassware, lots of utensils, every pot and pan a chef could need, snacks aplenty, even breakfast. He offers plenty of extra pillows, a comfortable bed, a stack of bath towels and washer and dryer. The Keurig coffee maker was a bit of a challenge but with jeff’s patient instructions we got it to work. He even had a Britta water filter in the frig. Top it off there is actual landscaping outside and a sitting area outback. We were nearly tempted to move in permanently. We have family in the area and had no idea there would be such an Airbnb find in Wellesville. Add to all this it is inspiring what Jeff is contributing to the local economy.

This place was a great find! It’s a very quiet neighborhood, lots of local restaurants (but most only take cash!) and a very convenient supermarket just 1/2 a mile away. The bed was VERY comfortable and the place was so inviting. The outside might need a little work but definitely shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Jeff left us eggs, bread and other fun snacks which was a great surprise! He communicated so well throughout the entire process. I will definitely stay again on our next trip!

“Friendly host, this place is in a great location within the town. The entrance is private and space is open and quiet. The bedroom leads to an open living area and into the kitchen. Overall the place was very clean and had great amenities. I would highly recommend it.”

Jeff and Sandra are wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay feel comfortable, and the space is extremely spacious and very nicely put together. It has everything you need for shorter or longer stays and is very well located to feel both central and quiet and relaxing. All told an excellent option for a stay in Wellsville.

“Fantastic airbnb for the money! Perfect location right downtown, and across the street from a tea room & restaurant. There is plenty of bright space to spread out, a full kitchen to use if you don't want to rely on takeout, and lots of nice personal touches from the hosts. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town for work.”

“I read the other two comments at Sandy’s Air bnb. They say it all well. Food in the fridge, shampoo, all kinds of amenities, very clean. She truly has thought of everything. Some good restaurants, they delivered right to us. Communication was very responsive ( above and beyond). I would recommend to anyone just needing a few days of Relaxing. Quiet time ! Antique stores in angelica! Or if any parents are visiting their kids in college in the area. We will be back. Thanks again sandy.

“What a gorgeous place to stay! With king-sized beds, multiple new air-conditioners, beautiful furniture, a spacious kitchen and bathroom, free use of shiny laundry machines, and ample snacks, coffee, and food in the fridge, this place is awesome. Jeff and Sandra both have done an amazing job making sure their place is lovely, full of amenities, extremely comfortable, and stocked with handy supplies. Forget your hair dryer? There is one in the closet! Need to iron your shirt? There’s an iron, too! I felt very pampered. Jeff and Sandra were both great with communication and eager to make my stay a happy one. It was a pleasure to meet them and stay in such a grand space! The location is also a great bonus, as the Duke House (a delicious place for tea, lunch, or dinner) is right next door. I took “High Tea” to my friend’s house and we drank the Duke House special blend among the pine trees in her yard while eating onion tartlets, rosemary and rhubarb scones, and tea-time sandwiches. I feel lucky to have stayed in Wellsville with Jeff and Sandra as my hosts!”

“Spectacular Air BNB. Spacious, immaculately clean, and VERY comfortable. Many small touches that are there for you should you need them. They certainly thought of everything that made our stay very pleasant, peaceful and comfortable. We would not hesitate for one second to return.
