My husband kept saying 'wow!' We have stayed at places all over and some of the little extra's that Jeff thought of really made a huge difference. There were discreet power strips with usb ports next to both sides of the beds behind the lamps (super impressive to a techie-geek). The furniture was cozy and comfy, Mike sank in and wrapped himself in the soft blanket immediately and didn't want to leave. The smart tv was also a nice feature, he logged into our netflix right away. The kitchen was a dream. There was coffee available both for the Keurig as well as the coffee maker. Any utensil you could want from knives, openers, peelers, spatulas, serving etc. The dishes were all lovely and every size needed. There was a blender and a mixer if you wanted to blend or bake. Spices as well as condiments. I would likely bring some olive oil next time we come but there was butter in the fridge along with eggs, bread and a Brita and cold seltzers. Oh, also there was some fruit and ice already made. The directions were spot on and the place was such an improvement over the microtel that we will not ever stay anywhere but one of Jeff's properties when we next come to Wellsville. Thank you Jeff! oh - the bathroom, it was clean, bright, plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other items like q-tips and cotton balls. Again a delight.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s in many states, by far this was the most stocked home I’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of TP, towels, kitchen pots/pans/utensils, and a very comfy bed! Homey and comfy. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice apartment right near the school & famous pink house in town. Old downtown is within walking distance. Great communication with the owner, fast & full details. Everything was clean & new looking in this redone apartment.

This was a fully equipped kitchen which is essential for us. We arrived very late and arrived to the lights having been turned on and a welcoming note. There were snacks, coffee and breakfast foods. I can’t say enough about how clean the place was. Everything was thoughtfully put together, organized and aesthetically appealing. There were extra toiletries as well. Though we didn’t use the grill, there was one available for our use. We definitely recommend Jeff’s place and will book it again if we have the need in the area. Pleased with our experience.Thanks Jeff.

The apartment was just what we needed for my 50 year reunion and balloon festival! It was warm and cozy. Very clean. Small touches such as coffee supplies and 2 kinds of coffee makers. A basket full of snacks was a nice touch. Kitchen fully stocked with all that you needed. Bathroom had plenty of towels and they had shampoo and soap for your use! Nice touch. Bed was comfortable and the room was large. Overall a great experience and Jeff was very responsive. Thank you!

Great clean place! So peaceful also. I love to cook and this place had every pot and pan to cook with! Plenty of snacks plus Jeff provided eggs, butter, and bread for us. We only ate one meal out in town so I can’t really speak of how the area restaurants were. Wellsville is a great little town and we felt safe walking on the streets in the evening. So glad we chose this place!
