Victorian Oasis-complete house sleeps 11

Spacious home with beautiful stained glass windows and woodwork throughout. All the amenities were included like snack bags of chips and coffee pods. Beds were great and the livingroom was big. This house could easily host 8 people comfortably. Nice neighborhood very close to Alfred State and Alfred U. Check in and check out was simple. Jeff is a great host.

Beautiful Victorian home in Wellsville close to downtown and directly across from the Pink House. Glad to have this as an option for out of town guests! Out relative’s who stayed over Christmas felt right at home. Thank you Jeff.

The house was clean & well appointed. There were even some snacks & coffee ready when we arrived. It would be perfect for a large, extended family gathering.

Our stay at Jeff's was exceptional. Our family had a wonderful time staying there. Jeff provided us with everything from "soup to nuts," probably the best rental we have ever stayed in. Loved it so much that we have already rented for next year.

Jeff is definitely a “super host!” Place was well stocked - kitchen, laundry, bath! It was a wonderful place for our family to be as we had to travel from different states to mourn our mom/grandmother’s passing.

The big old house was clean and comfortable! I loved the selection of shampoos! The kitchen had everything we needed for some morning coffee and basic meal prep. I'd stay there again if visiting Wellsville.

We loved having a place that our family members could all stay together. We came from Ca, Idaho & Kansas for a family wedding. So nice to leisurely start our days together drinking coffee & making breakfast. Playing cards in our spare time and driving around to see the sites.

Our family booked this home so we could attend Houghton College family weekend. Jeff made the whole process of checking in very easy. The house was large enough to accommodate our family of seven. We loved the old style woodwork and stained glass windows. The kitchen was stocked with snacks and essentials. Everyone enjoyed being able to relax at the end of each day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely like to stay there again. Thanks, Jeff.

This home is large , clean and comfy for my family of 10 . It's just beautiful inside and out . The kitchen was equipped with everything you possibly could need and more , coffee , snacks ,eggs, drinks just so many unexpected extras. Bathrooms had every tioletry. So much gathering room , we felt right at home sitting and chatting on the large front porch . Fenced in back yard was great for the kids . The bedrooms were large , beds so comfy , lots of extra pillows and blankets to stay warm on a chilly night . I will definitely stay there again when I'm in town . We loved our stay at this house! It slept all 10 of us very comfortably (everyone had a bed, not a sleeper sofa bed either!). The house was very clean and spacious. It was a quiet neighborhood. The best part is that the house has anything you may need in it - I brought all of our bathroom/shower stuff but it’s just amazing to stay in a place that has anything you might need if you forgot something of your own. Definitely feels like someone pays attention to details and you won’t regret staying here! Jeff was very responsive with any questions and overall we are extremely happy with everything. Jeff was wonderful in helping find a beautiful place for our family to stay. He went out of his way to communicate with us to meet our needs. They stayed at the home on North Main Street, and it is beautiful, clean, peaceful. Jeff is a perfect host. All the instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. Our family was very impressed and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for an Air B&B in Wellsville.

This home was perfect for our family gathering. There were 9 of us in town for the Andover Maple Festival, about 15 minutes down the road. Jeff was there when we arrived (doing a last minute check of the house) and we got to talk to him at length. It was nice to know from whom we were renting. He takes great pride in this home, and it shows! The house is spacious with plenty of places to eat, break out in small family groups, play games, or just have quiet time. The bedrooms are immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. The two bathrooms had everything we needed, and I mean everything. There was soap, shampoo, body wash, Q-tips, floss, deodorizer! All of the furniture in the house was extremely well-kept. The rooms were very nicely decorated, and the woodwork is gorgeous. Just about any kitchen utensil, bowl, equipment that we needed was there. If it had been nice, we would have enjoyed the furnished patio deck.
