Its half a block from the Wellsville High School and 2 blocks from Quackenbush Fields & Island Park. There's a large front Victorian porch, a spacious back deck, fenced in yard, and a gas grill. You will enjoy charming, spacious, clean rooms. The full kitchen is very accommodating, large dining room & living room.Two full bathrooms and four bedrooms with king & queen beds.
