This 2 bedroom private suite is the entire first floor of this 2,300 sq ft house. The house was completely renovated in 2020. A fully stocked kitchen, living room with tv/wifi, large bathroom with tub/shower unit and 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. There is off street driveway parking as well as on street parking. Lawn space with patio set and gas grille.
Our place is well suited for families and small groups staying in Wellsville. The space is convenient for longer stays as the kitchen is well equiped for cooking and coffee, fresh eggs and snacks are on hand for your enjoyment. Guest can also use the outside gas grill during their stay. Bedrooms 1 &2 both have queen beds and a full bed is tucked off to the side in the living room as well as a couch to accommodate 6 guests.

September-08 2022We traveled with a 3yo and a 7wk old. There was plenty of space for everyone! Check-in was just as stated and the house was filled with many amenities. Food and drinks were a nice surprise. We had a long day out and all needed showers when we got back. The last person still had hot water!! It was nice to be able to wash our clothes right there as well. The neighborhood was quiet and is a couple blocks from the Pink House. Great places to eat in the area were The Beef Haus, Texas Hot, Pizza King and some salt rising bread from Giant grocery store! This was definitely a great place to stay and we'd be happy to stay here again.

August-09 2023Wow. That was the expression by everyone in my family when we entered Jeff’s place at a very late time in the night. Actually there are not many words to describe the detail and depth of cleanliness and care reflected in this home. It appeared that host consider guests the same way as he would like to be hosted. It showed in the very fine details for instance, kitchen with all kinds of utensils, snacks, coffee, eggs, milk, butter, I can keep going. Bathroom with multiple types of shampoo, laundry machines (cleanest ever) with detergent and softener. Garbage bin with extra liners. We woke up next morning to our special moment of looking outside the window and 2 deer (mom and baby) grazing in the side and backyard. This was one of the rarest moments for us coming from a big city. Jeff is a very kind person and super responsive, clearest instructions to enter and so much more. We cannot thank him enough to host us in such a wonderful place. Cheers

September-13 2023If you need to visit Wellville, this is the place to be. The host was super responsive and honest regarding the handicap accessibility of the place. The place was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I stayed at and had a fridge full of eggs and bread to make us feel more at home. There were a lot of other nice touches, such as extra toiletries and tissues, that were thoughtful. My partner forgot his medical device, and Jeff was proactive about reaching out and mailing it to us. It was one of my best Airbnb experiences, and I would recommend the stay.

We were using this as a midpoint stay on a longer road trip up north and were pleasantly surprised at what a cozy home-away-from-home we walked into. Will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future trips!
