This 2 bedroom private suite is the entire first floor of this 2,300 sq ft house. The house was completely renovated in 2020. A fully stocked kitchen, living room with tv/wifi, large bathroom with tub/shower unit and 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. There is off street driveway parking as well as on street parking. Lawn space with patio set and gas grille.

The space Our place is well suited for families and small groups staying in Wellsville. The space is convenient for longer stays as the kitchen is well equiped for cooking and coffee, fresh eggs and snacks are on hand for your enjoyment. Guest can also use the outside gas grill during their stay. Bedrooms 1 &2 both have queen beds and a full bed is tucked off to the side in the living room as well as a couch to accommodate 6 guests.
