The Main&Central Suite 1&2 combination is the entire second floor of this beautiful Victorian home, located 2 blocks from the Wellsville Main St businesses and events. You will enjoy clean, warm, spacious rooms with comfortable king beds. Each private bedroom has its own living room with a day bed and tv. The full kitchen is very accommodating, and the large bathroom includes a washer and dryer.
Our space is extremely suitable for doctors or nurses who need to stay in town. We are right across the street from UR Medicine - Jones Memorial Hospital.

Jeff anticipated all kinds of things a guest might want or need, like initial food items, toiletries, and washer-dryer (including detergent!). Comfortable in every way and a perfect location. I have to mention the beautiful hinges and doorknobs on some of the doors...

July-08 2023This is one of my favorite rentals. Jeff has done most of the work himself and he has paid great attention to detail. This historical old home is a stunner. All the furniture is comfortable. Loved the fresh eggs and other goodies (extra thanks for that)! The house is on Main Street of Wellsville. There are cute shops, restaurants, bars and a brewery along the street. Parking is on street, but it’s never a problem (even on the busiest weekend of the year).

It was the perfect location to be close to the Wellsville campus as well as the main campus at Alfred just a short trip down the road. Will definitely stay here again as opposed to the hotel choices in the area. It was so nice to be able to do a few loads of laundry for my son as well as have a comfortable place to relax in between festivities. All the little extra touches around the home were also noticed and appreciated. 😊

December-15 2023Coming to Western NY from Houston, Texas, to visit our brother for the first time since he moved to western NY. we walked into a beautiful open space that extended to include 2 bedrooms, each with a full sized living room of their own. A super stocked kitchen and Hugh clean bathroom with full sized washer and dryer. The unit was tastefully decorated and fully functional space. The best part of this unit is the price. you get a 1700 sq ft home for the price of a single room at the local micro hotel. I highly recommend you check it out and book one of Jeff's bnb properties. You will be thanking me for this review.

February-02 2024Jeff is an excellent host and we love staying in this particular building, but we always stay on the first floor. We decided to try the second floor and were delightfully surprised. It is very spacious and easy to access. Also quiet and comfortable. We could even stay here with a few extra people in the future as it has plenty of room. We will definitely stay in this space again! Thanks for everything Jeff. You are the best host!

A perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of work. I came out to go to Niagara Falls in Canada and it was not that far of a drive. When I came back to stay in Jeff's place I was so impressed with how everything was put together and It revealed all of his hard work.
