This apartment was meticulous and had all the amenities- the bed was extremely comfortable- and the overall all vibe was cozy and refreshed. Highly recommend.

Jeff was super responsive definitely a seasoned Airbnb host. Place is exactly as described. He gives clear instructions. My first Airbnb I had booked before arriving the host failed to even know I had a reservation with her , I had to find a new place hours after a regular check in time. His place was available, he was responsive , and it was ready to go. Jeff helped our family out when it was a dire need for us to get a place last minute. We are happy we found his place and it was a great airbnb that if anyone booked you’d have no regrets.

Second time staying at Jeff’s place. Spacious clean, everything you need for pleasant stay already provided. Even down to hair shampoo for curly hair.

Jeff is a superb host. He is always available and no easy to communicate with at any time. We love that this space is so cozy and feels like home. King size bed, separate kitchen, and living quarters. And comfortable furniture. The kitchen is always stocked with breakfast things and snacks! Thank you for always taking such good care of us

This was the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Jeff’s. Love his accommodations. Actually beats any hotel. We’ll be back next year … if he’ll have us !

Wow! This place was beautiful and so well-appointed. Every detail had been well thought out. And so many extras - snacks, coffee, breakfast fixings. I can’t think of a single thing that could have been better. I’d choose to stay here again in a heartbeat.

We love this location so much! It is our respite when we are visiting this area of New York. Jeff is always available if we have questions. The space is clean and bright and peaceful. We were so pleased to see the Christmas tree in the apartment. Nice touch!
